Kebutuhan Lahan TPA Sampah Berdasarkan Alternatif Skenario Pengurangan Sampah 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)

The development of urban areas and the increasing number residents causes need for waste management infrastructure to continue grow, one which is availability dumping site or landfill. This study aims compare landfill sites using different scenarios through application 3Rs composting compared analysis land requirements without 3Rs. Methods used in this research were field survey at TPA Tegalasri, Kabupaten Blitar, quantification tools Ms.Excel. results showed that requirement Tegalasri fifth year planning was 6.9 Ha (without composting) while would only require 2.8 Ha. Likewise, 10th year, 15th 20th a system 3R 13.2 Ha, 20.8 29.7 with 5.4 8.6 12.2 respectively. layout designed based on condition slope as well design criteria sanitary landfill, divides into Zones I, II, III cells, processing zones, buffer IPAL offices, operational roads.
 ABSTRAK
 Berkembangnya kawasan perkotaan dan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk menyebabkan kebutuhan infrastruktur pengelolaan sampah terus bertambah, salah satunya adalah penyediaan lahan untuk Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir Sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan menggunakan skenario yang berbeda yaitu dengan penerapan pengomposan dibandingkan analisis tanpa 3R. Metode dalam penelitian lapangan studi kasus di Blitar serta perhitungan kuantitatif alat bantu Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tahun kelima perencanaan 6,9 (tanpa pengomposan) sedangkan hanya akan membutuhkan 2,8 Demikian juga halnya ke-10, ke-15 ke-20 sistem berturut-turut 13,2 20,8 29,7 secara 5,4 8,6 12,2 Tata letak dirancang melihat kondisi kelerengan prinsip desain urug saniter adanya pembagian zona menjadi Zona II sel penimbunan sampah, pemrosesan penyangga, IPAL, kantor, jalan operasional.
